HOUSTON, Texas — Police have launched an investigation in northwest Houston after a woman was found dead inside a home on Wednesday morning.
According to the Houston Police Department, officers responded to the 5100 block of Emma Forest Street, near Pinemont Drive, around 7:45 a.m. Detectives arrived shortly before 8:30 a.m. to begin their investigation.
While the situation is still developing, police confirmed that at least one man has been detained.
