An 18-year-old man has been added to Texas’ 10 “Most Wanted” fugitives list for capital murder, with Crime Stoppers offering a cash reward of up to $3,000 for information leading to his arrest, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety (DPS).
The suspect, identified as Joseph Joshua Harris from Converse, has been wanted in Bexar County since February 24. He faces charges of capital murder by terror threat and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Harris has a criminal record that includes previous arrests and charges as an adult for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle, theft of a firearm, evading arrest or detention, unlawful carrying of a weapon, vehicle burglary, and involvement in organized criminal activity, as reported by DPS.
Described as 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing approximately 150 pounds, Harris remains at large. Further details about him or updates on his case can be accessed through the DPS website.

- Call the Crime Stoppers hotline at 1-800-252-TIPS (8477).
- Submit a web tip by selecting the fugitive’s profile on the DPS website and clicking the link under their photo.
- Provide a tip via Facebook by clicking the “SUBMIT A TIP” link in the “About” section.
DPS emphasizes that all tips remain anonymous, and those providing information will be given a unique tip number instead of using their name.
Authorities warn the public not to approach Harris or any other fugitives, as they are considered armed and dangerous.
