FAISALABAD: Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) Public Relations Department informs that due to the shifting of the power transformers’ feeders of 132 KV Chiniot Road Grid Station T-3 from the old control room building to the new control room building, electricity supply will be interrupted on January 14 from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
During this period, the following areas will experience a power outage: Super, Multan Road, Rasulpur, Muslim Town, Jaguar, Crescent Board, DTM, Ghousiaabad, University Town, Noor Pur, Kalash, Azhar Corporation, FDA 6, Shafi Dyeing, Abu Bakar Block, Alhamra Fabrics, Zafar Fabrics, CTM, Seven J.B., Baseline Industrial, Nawaz Town, Mubarak Processing, Sandal, Dry Port, Usman Town, Ram Diwali, Sargodha Road, Ali Town, Multan Town, Sargodha Spinning, Samana, Motorway City, Sitara Textile, Rasheed Usman, Usman Block, and Sargodha Cloth Processing Feeder.
FESCO spokesperson Engineer Muhammad Saeed Raza has apologized to the public for the inconvenience caused by the power outage.
He said that during this shutdown, the feeders of the T-3 power transformer will be shifted to the new control room, which will help ensure uninterrupted power supply to consumers during the upcoming summer season.
