FAISALABAD: The Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (Fesco) has established a central control room at the headquarters to monitor the uninterrupted supply of electricity during Ramadan.

Chief Executive Fesco Engineer Mohammad Amir said that operational preparations have been completed to ensure uninterrupted supply of electricity.

He said high-level officers will remain active round the clock to monitor the handling of complaints in the Fesco region.

He said special teams have been formed for immediate resolution of complaints in eight districts of the Fesco region.

Additional transformer trolleys and other equipment have been provided to the sub-divisions to deal with any emergency.

Fesco spokesperson asked customers to send their complaints through the Fesco Smart app, 118, toll-free number 0800-66554 and by calling the numbers of the respective offices and by sending an SMS to 8118.
