FAISALABAD (GL News) — On the special directives of FESCO Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Engr. Muhammad Aamer, the Faisalabad Electric Supply Company (FESCO) has decided to launch a vigorous recovery campaign for effective collection from defaulters in the FESCO region.
FESCO officers at the Chief Engineer level will oversee this special campaign, while specific duties have also been assigned to the Executive Engineers (XENs) of various divisions.
Special Recovery Drive at Fiscal Year-End
According to details, FESCO has decided to launch a special recovery campaign against defaulters at the end of the fiscal year to take strict and effective action for recovery from FESCO defaulters.
In this connection, Chief Engineer Muhammad Saeed will monitor the recovery of the First Circle; Chief Engineer (P&D) Aamir Mehboob Elahi, the Second Circle; Faisal Raza Marth, Chief Engineer (T&G), the Jhang Circle; Shahbaz Mahmood, Chief Engineer (TS), the Sargodha Circle; Asghar Hussain Qazilbash, Chief Engineer (CS), the Mianwali Circle; while Waqas Baig, Chief Engineer Development, will monitor the recovery status of the Toba Tek Singh Circle.
In addition, XEN-level officers will perform special duties during this campaign in various divisions.
CEO FESCO Warns Defaulters
CEO FESCO Engr. Muhammad Aamer has warned FESCO defaulters to submit their due electricity bills as soon as possible, as electricity connections will be disconnected if they fail to pay their dues.
He has also directed the operations and recovery staff to make actions against defaulters faster and more effective. They should also check whether defaulters have obtained electricity from neighbors or any other sources after their power cut; in such cases, action should also be taken against their facilitators.
He said that the campaign against FESCO defaulters will continue on a daily basis, and full recovery from them should be ensured.
