A deputy from Constable Mark Herman’s Office arrested a man with multiple felony warrants during a routine traffic stop near FM 1960 Bypass Road West on Wednesday.
The passenger, identified as Terrance Hardy, had warrants for three charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Money Laundering, and Fraudulent Use of ID, according to Harris County Constable Precinct 4.
In an official Facebook post, Harris County Constable Precinct 4 stated, “Terrance Hardy was arrested and booked into the Harris County Jail for the open warrants. He is awaiting bond out of the 232nd District Court.”
The outstanding warrants against Hardy led to his arrest during the traffic stop.
