Moga Police has deployed 99 advanced surveillance cameras at key locations across the district to strengthen crime prevention and public safety.

These high-tech cameras, equipped with artificial intelligence-powered infrared technology, are integrated into a state-of-the-art Smart Control Room.

This facility utilizes cutting-edge surveillance tools and advanced monitoring techniques to track suspicious activities, identify criminals, and maintain 24/7 security.

The high-resolution cameras are designed to automatically scan vehicle number plates, log data into a central database, and instantly flag stolen or suspicious vehicles.

AI-Powered Surveillance System

This real-time intelligence significantly enhances crime detection and response efficiency, allowing law enforcement to act swiftly.

Authorities have confirmed that these cameras will operate continuously, ensuring immediate intervention in case of suspicious activities.

Additionally, Moga Police plans to install facial recognition cameras at major intersections and high-alert zones. These systems will help identify wanted criminals and fugitives with greater accuracy.

To further enhance security, all Police Control Room (PCR) and Emergency Vehicle Response (EVR) units have been outfitted with GPS tracking systems.

This integration enables real-time location monitoring from the Smart Control Room, ensuring rapid deployment of forces when required.

For enhanced field monitoring, PTZ (Pan-Tilt-Zoom) cameras have been installed on EVR vehicles.

These cameras provide officers with the ability to monitor long distances, record live incidents, and zoom in on suspicious activities with precision.

With this next-generation surveillance infrastructure, Moga Police anticipates a significant reduction in thefts, robberies, and drug smuggling.

The AI-driven system will improve criminal tracking, deter unlawful activities, and ensure a safer environment for residents.
