HOUSTON— A violent shooting at an after-hours nightclub in southwest Houston left six men injured early Sunday morning.

Police are searching for two suspects seen fleeing in a black Toyota Corolla.

The shooting occurred around 3 a.m. at a nightclub on 6419 Hillcroft Avenue. The venue was still serving drinks past legal hours when gunfire erupted.

Assistant Chief James Skelton confirmed that four victims remain in critical condition, while the conditions of the other two are unclear.

Authorities believe the shooting was an “isolated attack,” with those involved knowing each other. Police are reviewing surveillance footage and speaking to witnesses.

Skelton criticized such establishments for fostering crime, stating that law enforcement is working to shut them down.

The Houston Police Department has released images of the suspects. Officials urge anyone with information to contact HPD’s Major Assaults Division at 713-308-8800 or Crime Stoppers at 713-222-TIPS.
