Houston Authorities Seek Public’s Help to find Nonverbal Man with Autism

HOUSTON — The Texas Center for the Missing is asking for the community’s help in locating Alassan Kamara, a 39-year-old man with special needs who was last seen in Houston.

Kamara was last spotted at 2 p.m. on Thursday, March 6, 2025, near San Martin Lane and Eldridge Parkway South.

Description:

Age: 39

Height: 5’6”

Weight: 260 lbs

Clothing: White button-down shirt, blue jeans, and yellow Crocs

Distinguishing features: No glasses, contacts, birthmarks, tattoos, or piercings

Kamara has autism and is nonverbal. Authorities noted he understands the Mandinka language.
