Harris County Man Charged for Assaulting 75-Year-Old Elderly Victim

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas— A 38-year-old man has been arrested and charged after allegedly assaulting a 75-year-old man in north Harris County on Wednesday afternoon.

Deputies from Harris County Constable Precinct 4 responded to an assault call in the 12600 block of Day Hollow Lane.

According to investigators, Christopher Tenorio, 38, is accused of physically attacking the elderly victim, resulting in pain and visible injuries.

Tenorio was taken into custody at the scene and booked into the Harris County Jail.

He now faces a charge of injury to an elderly person, a serious offense under Texas law.

His bond has been set at $10,000.

What’s Still Unknown:

Officials have not released details on what led to the assault or the current condition of the 75-year-old victim.

This case remains under investigation.
