Faisalabad Police Accountability: Bribe Lands Constables in the Hot Seat

FAISALABAD (Staff Report): Two police constables have been terminated from their jobs after being found guilty of receiving a hefty bribe from a citizen. 

These constables, identified as Zameer Ahmed and Noor-ul-Eman, were given the axe by SP Lyallpur Town, Rehman Qadar. 

The City Police Officer, Bilal Umer got wind that these constables had received a heavy bribe from a citizen. He directed Assistant Superintendent of Police, Gulberg Circle, Rajindar Meghawar, to get to the bottom of the issue. 

The inquiry officer concluded that the policemen had indeed received the bribe. Subsequently, both were terminated from their positions.
