FAISALABAD: A Doctors Café has been inaugurated at Civil Hospital Faisalabad, fulfilling a long-standing demand of the hospital staff.
Vice-Chancellor of Faisalabad Medical University, Dr. Zafar Ali, and Medical Superintendent of Civil Hospital Faisalabad, Dr. Muhammad Zafar Iqbal, inaugurated the café on Tuesday.
The Young Doctors Association (YDA) Faisalabad President Dr. Waseem Haider invited the VC for inauguration.
The YDA Faisalabad team, under Dr. Haider’s leadership, made dedicated efforts to complete this project.
The association said that this successful inauguration marked the fulfillment of another commitment.
The YDA Faisalabad expressed its deep gratitude to Medical Superintendent Dr. Muhammad Zafar Iqbal for his support from construction to completion of the project.
The inauguration ceremony was attended by Head of Surgery Department Prof. Dr. Rahman Gulzar and Head of Pulmonology Department Dr. Ikhtiar Ali Sajjad.
Patron-in-Chief of YDA Civil Hospital Faisalabad, Dr. Nauman Chaudhry, and senior YDA leader Dr. Naveed Abbas also participated as special guests.
An Iftar dinner was arranged for the participants of the ceremony.
