Dallas rapper Yella Beezy, whose real name is Markies Conway, has been formally charged in connection with a murder-for-hire plot that led to the death of fellow rapper Mo3 (Melvin Noble).

Mo3 was fatally shot on November 11, 2020, while being chased on foot along Interstate 35E in Dallas.

He gained widespread recognition for his 2018 hit song “Errybody.”

Court records reveal that Conway allegedly hired Kewon White to carry out the killing in exchange for a cash payment.

Investigators state that White later shot Noble with a firearm, fulfilling the agreement.

Authorities arrested Conway on March 20 in Dallas, booking him into Dallas County Jail.

His bail has been set at $2 million.

This is not the rapper’s first legal issue.

In 2021, Conway was arrested in Collin County on charges of sexual assault, child endangerment, and unlawful weapon possession, though those charges were later dismissed.

Additionally, in 2018, Conway was shot multiple times while inside a vehicle on the Sam Rayburn Tollway in Lewisville.

Law enforcement continues to investigate the case, seeking further details on the alleged contract killing.
